Sound, grass roots career development requires both the strategic wisdom that comes from experience, and the creativity that comes from loving what we do and truly knowing and understanding our artists and their audiences. We have a good grasp on the realities of artist development, and we know the current climate of the music business. We have seen it change over the last 18 years, and have grown with it - often on the cutting edge.
Whether you are a small garage band or a significant national act, we believe that artists' careers are built on mileage. By developing a grass roots fan base, artists are better able to withstand the challenges of the music business, and are better leveraged if and when the time comes to negotiate their way through the next levels of their careers. We utilize the tried-and-true methodology of touring, supporting the promotional efforts and growth of our artists' teams with touring, as well as touring and sometimes more touring. We can book an artist anywhere they belong. If they belong in Carnegie Hall it is that much easier. Booking isn't rocket science. It is up to the artist to create their music and promote themselves to an audience. Booking agents need to understand their artists' and their audiences, know the terrain and the climate on the ground and broker or manage the partnership between artists and promoters, while helping to strategically plot the course of a career.
