When I was little one of my favorite pastimes was digging for worms. “Let’s dig for worms!”, I’d say, and take a shovel to go find a soft patch of earth. I didn’t have any intentions for the worms once I found them. I just liked finding them and then putting them all back in at once in a big heap. People’s first impression of me is usually that I am very quiet and gentle. Like a worm. Sometimes I tell them about my tattoo or my bachelorette party, just to see their reaction.
