ThamesCom Limited has been trading since 1993 and we offer nationwide cover on most of what we sell. We only employ experienced, fully trained engineers and each engineer is fully conversant with the whole of our product range except our very specialised telecom division. This is due to the fact that we offer a professional, higher class of service and we guarantee our response times. We began life as a fax and telex repair comp any. With the demise of telex we moved into other areas suc h as laser printers, copiers and more recently telephone systems and document scanners and document management systems. We sell most makes of office machines and we service everything we sell. We also supply consumable items for all of our machines, such as toner and ink cartridges. Our area is normally within the M25 Motorway but we do go beyond as well. Our advice is free and we will always endeavour to find a solution to our customers’ needs. Quotations, consultations, site surveys and inventories are free. Our contracts and terms an conditions are very straightforward and written in plain English.

The Fax Repair Company . With effect from 2 December 2005, ThamesCom Limited took over the customer user base of The Fax Repair Company of 25 Beauvale, Ferdinand Street, London NW1. The two companies had worked together, amicably, to some extent for a number of years and so it made good sense for ThamesCom to step in with an offer as soon as the Proprietor, Mark Wilkinson, decided to cease trading and move on to another challenge. All former customers of The Fax Repair Company have been contacted. Any former customers who are still not aware of the situation are invited to contact us at ThamesCom and they will be offered the same facilities and services that they have been used to. Indeed, our range of services is constantly under review and increasing. The Fax Repair Company offered its customers a quality service on fax, printers and copiers. ThamesCom has traditionally covered these products but also, being a larger company, we have branched out into other areas which can only be to the advantage of any of The Fax Repair Company customers.
