About Telopea
I am a retired bank manager of Australian origin, hence the name 'Telopea' or Waratah, which is the floral emblem of the state of New South Wales. I came into gardening and garden design late in life, following a life-long passion for gardens and an artistic flair.
I retrained at Capel Manor College Enfield, part time over several years, in amenity horticulture and garden design, whilst gaining hands-on experience with a number of private clients.
I work all year round on maintenance and design projects; I am generally available to undertake any design and build projects within a fifty mile radius of my home in South Cambridgeshire.
