- TeleSystems, Inc. began operation in the year 1991. At the time of incorporation TeleSystems, Inc. had a total of three employees which included the Owner Doug Sherrod who had been doing business in Gadsden, Al area for 3 years under the company name "Sherrod Telecommunications." As the business grew from year to year TeleSystems, Inc. merged with another company, MRC Communications. This merger brought in an additional business partner, Marty Robinson. Marty had been in business in Marshall County for 3 years prior to the merger. Once the merger was complete TeleSystems, Inc. began to establish itself as the areas premier provider of Telephone Systems, Security Systems, CCTV Systems, and Computer Network Wiring. As of today TeleSystems Inc., has over one thousand customers in a five county region. We currently have 8 full time employees including Terry Johnson as the third owner of the company. All employees are individually trained by the manufacturers we represent to provide professional installation and service. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible products as well as service that is "second to none". TeleSystems, Inc. is a Christian owned and operated business. We as owners believe that in order to succeed in business you must treat customers with respect and admiration. You as the customer are our means of survival.
