This organization was formed with the goal to bring together a variety of professional expertise within the region and to provide a vehicle by which we can help each other meet basic human resource needs through networking, education and community involvement.
Every business has legal and ethical obligations to each of their employees and often, it is difficult to take the time to fully understand all of the requirements or even how to apply them properly. In some cases, we may know what needs to be done, but just do not have the resources to get it done. Whatever the human resource need may be, this organization can help provide access to the information or professionals who can assist in recruiting, payroll, staff development and a variety of other issues by bringing together local skills and talents for mutual benefit.
