You can be pre-approved before you start looking for a house. This makes sure you can get a loan, as well as makes your searching time shorter and easier. I will find houses in your price range and area for you to preview and set up the showings for you. As your representative, I'll write up the sales proposal, negotiate on your behalf and be sure that all inspections are completed to ensure smooth transactions.
For a fee of $450, you will have your home entered in the M.L.S. Yard signs, lock boxes, color photos for MLS, highlight sheets, and all addendums or disclosures necessary are included in this fee. In addition, I will set up all showings and pre-qualify all prospective buyers, if they don't already have an agent.
