Technology Means Business is a national accreditation scheme that provides a database of approved advisers to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) on the beneficial business use of e-commerce and information and communications technology (ICT). Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), British Telecom (BT), Compaq, Intel and Microsoft. It is administered by the Institute of Management.
