Mike is adept at documenting complex software and hardware in simple and clear prose. He has documented products from a WordStar clone to IDEs, from video editors to electron beam lithography tools, from CP/M to Windows NT. He is an officer of the National Writers Union-UAW 1981 and a Senior Member of the Society for Technical Communication.
