Our aim at Team Sheeper is to provide the best possible, positive coaching to our team members, camp participants, and event participants. We do this by retaining a staff of top coaches on our permanent staff, and by bringing in top elite athletes from around the world to share their knowledge and technique. As much as possible, we aim to keep low coach-to-athlete ratios at workouts and events to ensure that we provide as much individual attention as possible.
Building Community in MultiSport ... Passion for People
Team Sheeper is devoted to creating and building community around sport. At the simplest level, we try to create team environments that are welcoming, positive, and supportive. We do this by providing numerous organized social and intramural activities for the team, as well as a robust virtual community and set of services on the Web.
At a larger level, we provide events, camps, and clinics for the MultiSport community at large. These events meet the growing demand for MultiSport activities, in the same spirit of positive community found on our teams. We also participate in the national and international governance of our sports, serving as a voice for our athletes and lobbying for their common concerns with race directors and governing bodies.
