The Recruitment And Placement Program to Obtain and Retain Teachers (RAPPORT) is a very special program sponsored by the Riverside County Office of Education, Teacher Support Center. RAPPORT helps California students by finding and supporting participants who will become great teachers. The RAPPORT Program consists of a highly qualified staff who work diligently to find, place, and support excellent teahcers. Linda Childress is the Program Director.
