Paul TalbottPartner Paul Talbott has 31 years of experience in the construction industry. He began as a laborer, working for a high-end custom home builder. He spent eight years in the residential market and worked into a position of superintendent before moving to the commercial market in 1985. After seven years as a super-intendent of tenant improvement projects, Paul started his own company. TCI Inc. General Contractors was incorporated in 1993 with a focus on tenant improvements.
