- Taylored Valuation, LLC is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. The firm is owned and managed by Aaron Taylor, the firm’s President. Aaron Taylor is a general licensed real estate appraiser in California, Washington, Idaho and Oregon. He is also a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) with a designation in machinery and technical specialties. Prior to forming Taylored Valuation LLC, Aaron was employed at one of the big four accounting firms from 1999 to 2005. While at this firm, he was a member of the Machinery and Equipment, Real Estate, and Cost Segregation National Committees which were formed for the development of national and global standards, advancement of best practices, and the formulation of market place goals and strategies. As part of his work with these committees, he personally developed the standards, methodologies and templates for the valuation of tangible personal property assets adopted by the firm. During his tenure, he managed and performed valuations and valuation reviews for domestic and international Clients.
