- Steve holds an A.A.S. degree in Architectural Engineering and is a certified building inspector in ICC (International Code Council) and the State of Florida building codes. Steve Taylor is also a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Each organization conducts a certification process which includes inspection experience verification and a written examination. ASHI and NACHI also require its members to adhere to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice. Steve Taylor holds also a certification on Disaster Response Housing Inspection given by FEMA ( Federal Emergency Management Agency).
