In addition to being admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar, Patrick Mullin is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court as well as in numerous tax courts, U.S. federal district courts and U.S. federal circuit courts across the country. He is also a practicing member of the New York, Washington, D.C., and New Jersey Bars.
Patrick Mullin holds a Masters of Law in Taxation from the top-rated NYU Tax Law program and attended Harvard Law School's graduate program where he was honored as a Special Student. He also served, from 2001-2006, as an instructor at legendary attorney Gerry Spence's highly respected Trial Lawyers' College, of which he is also a graduate.
Mr. Mullin began his career as a Federal Intern with the Honorable Henry Bramwell in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and then was appointed as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Dickenson R. Debevoise in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
