Tracy - Nickname DDD (try to guess what that stands for yourself!). Although Tracy has never worked in a Bar before, she has recently passed all her qualifications with flying colours and is now very proud to have her name above the door of one of the Worlds most famous Inns. Having worked for BAA and Heathrow Airport, catering for the World biggest Airlines, Tracy promises to provide quality home-cooked food and breakfasts that are second to none in the Dales - Come and try us!
Tan Hill Inn is a true 'free house', solely owned and run by Mike and Tracy, your landlords, hosts and new custodians of the World famous heritage that is 'Tan Hill'. Both Mike and Tracy would be regarded as 'Southerners' to some hardened locals. Mike however has deep rooted family ties to the local area and the North Yorkshire Moors. They have been together for a couple of years and decided to take the plunge together and commit their combined business minds, spirit and enthusiasm into developing Tan Hill Inn into a truly special place for locals and travellers from afar alike. Modernisation that is purposeful and sympathetic to the history and unique atmosphere that exists at Tan Hill is the challenge that both Mike and Tracy are looking forward to over the coming Months and indeed years.
