- In early January 2008, Debbie Duncan (Hemming) thought it would be a very good idea to start a website to support the goal of her friends, Don and Betty Michalsky (pronounced "ma-how-skie"), of getting our 9-1-1 service 'fixed'. Debbie believed it was necessary to get knowledge to the public regarding the events surrounding the death of Don & Betty's daughter, Tammy Lee Ellis, and the overall problems with our 9-1-1 service.
