The company is principally a joint venture between Mr Teh Kiak Seng, Mr Sunny Tsai and a few other minor shareholders. Mr Teh is a practising professional civil & structural engineer cum entrepreneur who has over 25 years business experience particularly in engineering, and is involved in projects such as Solectron Technology, Dell Asia Pacific, Suzuki Assemblers (M) S/B, DIC Components (M) S/B and many others.
