TTH were recommended to me when we were half way through the second year of hosting with another provider which wasn't going too well. Downtime wasn't really an issue with our previous host as they were quite reliable but they didn't backup our databases and were frequently hacked. When hosting became due again this year I returned to TTH and posted a few question on the TTH forums. Servers are hijacked by spyware and viruses Webhost will not return emails Cannot log in to delete content They have hosted their own content on my domain name Cannot transfer domain to another host, they have locked it. BEWARE!!!
