Dr. Paul J. Fry, Sr. relocated to South Lake Tahoe in the mid 1960's and founded the Tahoe Fracture Clinic. During the late 60's and early 70's, the practice, at the corner of Highway 50 and Tahoe Keys Blvd. grew with the addition of Doctors Steadman, Watson, and Tapper. The clinic moved to 1139 Third Street in the 1970's.
