The TABUNKA SOCIAL COMMUNICATION programme is an Educational Action Research programme created in 2007 in the Aichi Prefecture, Japan. It aims at promoting, and studying, educational activities for Japanese and non-Japanese in the central region of Japan. The Japanese society is presently confronted with various changes by huge globalization and 'borderlessness' in the world. People of many nationalities are living in Aichi because of global industrial fluidity.
