Our crematorium incinerator has been further improved by addition of a third-generation VLA 3 Model with microprocessor, PLC controlled industrial computer, touch-screen monitor and technological heat-utilization recuperator, plus an after-incinerator without a gas burner.
Improving the third-generation incinerator VLA 3, we have developed the four-generation VLA 4 incinerator without separate PLC, provided with computer control, up-to-date software, featuring larger size, touch-screen control desk, and audio communication interface.
Owing to the computer control, the technological recuperator and after-incinerator, our third- and fourth-generation incinerators VLA 3 perform, according to operational experience so far, the smokeless economical incinerations successfully, to the full satisfaction of our Customers.
Our incinerators have been granted official permits; they comply fully with requirements, as evidenced by control measurements performed by technical authorities, environmental inspecting authorities.
The measured concentration of air pollutants emitted is less than the emission limit values permissible by authorities in all EU countries.
In setting the limit value, the authority took into account the results of measurements in Germany and other countries, compared to which the emissions of the VLA 3 incinerator are more favourable. Based on reference measurements and data supplied, the issued limits can be safely observed; in view of the perfect combustion, no stinks and smell emissions are expectable. Based on the emission figures of the measurement test report attached to the application, the compliance with optimum possible technological standards can be ensured with the VLA 3 funeral incinerator.
