- TAORP is a community based non governmental charity organization that was founded in 2006 in the district of Jinja in Eastern Uganda with an aim of helping the high and increasing number of helpless orphans, youth and widows who were/are marginalized and living lives full of untold misery and suffering, as a result HIV/AIDS, extreme poverty and related effects on African rural communities.
