On January 1, 2008, Takara Bio USA (TBU) and Clontech Laboratories were merged. Effective September 2,2008, Takara Bio USA's orders will be managed through Clontech's order fulfillment system. This will mean that Purchase Orders for TBU products must be issued to Clontech Laboratories, and credit card transactions will appear as Payable to Clontech Laboratories.
