Description
There is a very wide range of Synchronized Swimming opportunities in Manitoba. Programs are available for all: for the very young and masters alike, for those that would like to do Synchro occasionally to those with dreams of the Olympics.
Synchronized Swimming skills are acquired through a skill development system called the Star Program. It is a progressive way to learn Synchro skills regardless of your ultimate goals.
An aquatic development program intended for younger swimmers (6-9). Basic swimming and Synchro skills are acquired through purposeful play. This program is an excellent bridge between standard swimming lesson levels.
