The Sydney University American Football Club is a member club of Sydney University Sport.

During pre-season, the Lions will run optional conditioning work-outs on Wednesday nights from 7pm at St Andrew's Oval (commencing on 23 May 2007) and on Sundays from 10am at St Johns Oval, Sydney University (commencing on 27 May 2007). All players must attend Registration & Equipment Return Day on 1 July 2007 at 10am at the Den, Sydney University. All players must attend Pre-Season Trials & Equipment Issue Day on 8 July at 10am at St Johns Oval, Sydney University. The Lions will train on Wednesday nights from 7pm at St Andrew's Oval, Sydney University (commencing 11 July 2007), and on Sundays from 10.30am at St Johns Oval, Sydney University (commencing 15 July 2007). During the season (from 15 September to early December), the Lions hold a film review on Tuesday nights from 7pm in the Seminar Room in the Arena Sports Centre, Sydney University, and train on Wednesday nights from 7pm at St Andrew's Oval, Sydney University.
