- Christy Stevenson, FiTOUR ProTrainer and author of Get on the Ball—A Swiss Ball Workout, has been teaching group fitness classes for several years, earning her AFAA certification in 1999 and her Fitour certification in 2000. While living in the Chicago area, she went on to earn a certification from Reebok Coreboard. She also taught Hi/Lo aerobics, Step, Kickboxing, Body Sculpting, and Yogalates, as well as a variety of specialty classes such as Go-Go Robics for 3-5 year-olds, Teen Sports Conditioning, Strollercize, and Senior Strength and Stretch. She loves working with a variety of age groups.
