Swingin Gait Farm
Description
Swingin’ Gait Farm is a modern boarding facility located near Ridgeville, South Carolina, about 15 minutes from downtown Summerville and approximately 45 minutes from Charleston. Swingin’ Gait Farm offers both pasture board and stall board. Pasture board includes two daily feedings, plus full-time turn-out with either pasture graze in the summer or round bales of hay in the winter. Each pasture has a run-in shelter to keep the horses warm and dry during inclement weather. Each horse has his/her own private feed stall so we can provide strict dietary controls to ensure each horse eats only his/her own food and supplements and there is no fighting over food.
One locker per horse is provided in our tack room at no charge and extra lockers are available for a small monthly fee. Toilet facilities are available at the barn. Trailer parking is also available. We feature a wash rack with hot and cold water, as well as a round pen for ground training and a riding ring complete with jumps. We offer riding lessons, both English and Western.
