Adds snap, sass and nutrition to rice and pasta dishes, green salads, fruit salads, stuffing, tasty coating for fried chicken and fried fish, cookies and sweet bread recipes, muffins, applesauce, oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, ice cream, cheese cake, fruit pies, and anything else your heart desires!
