- Recently We took Sweet Beau down to the river to walk along his favorite trail. Now Beau will go to the edge of the river but he never gets in. On this day he somehow managed to fall into the raging river and go under. Suddenly his stubby legs and massive paws started chugging like a Mississippi Riverboat as we tried to pull Sweet Beau from the river. Sweet Beau emerged from the river quite shaken and wanted to get as away from the edge as fast as he could. Can ya blame him. Enjoy the little tribute to the basset which has certainly changed our life. And now the star of the show............
