COMPANY PROFILE
Swedish Medical Products was established in 1989 by then president Bo Wallin originally of Stockholm, Sweden. Knowing the healthful benefits of Sweden's famous neck pillow, Bo designed the Original Swedish Neck Pillow which Swedish Medical Products still sells today and which thousands have found so beneficial in easing neck and back pain and in aiding a good night's sleep.
In 1998, the Anti-Reflux pillow was enlarged for greater customer comfort and in 1999 the new Contour pillow was added to the list of products.
Our toll free order and customer service number is 800-841-4104. We are open Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on national holidays. Our online order is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
