- A native of El Paso, Texas, Dr. Pazmiño formed the Beverly Spine Institute upon moving to California after specializing solely in Spinal Surgery. Dr Pazmiño graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with an emphasis in Medical History. He then spent two years as a third grade bilingual teacher at Grant Elementary in Los Angeles, California . His teaching theories were recognized by the Rookie Teacher of the year award from the Los Angeles Unified School District.
