Description
Supply Line Direct is the safety equipment and supply division for NCH Corporation. Early in the 20th century in the United States, the need for specialty maintenance products resulted from a growing public demand for improved sanitation and increased safety. Milton P. Levy Sr. recognized this emerging opportunity and founded the National Disinfectant Company in 1919.
In the early years, the company only offered 6 products, but gradually expanded throughout the Texas region and began offering a complete line of lubricants, industrial cleaning products, and other specialty chemicals.
In the 1970s, the company changed its name to NCH Corporation and added safety equipment divisions in response to an increasing demand for personal safety equipment. Well-known safety brands such as American Allsafe that were once part of NCH established a solid foundation for selling safety supplies to help protect people and their businesses.
Building upon that legacy today, Supply Line Direct sells a full line of safety equipment including safety glasses, hard hats, respirators, gloves, earplugs, and first aid kits. In addition, we sell safety signs, routine industrial maintenance products, secondary containment, and absorbents used to clean up hazardous or oil-based chemicals.
