Dedicated to providing services, products and representation which help its members succeed as rental owners, ROMS BC serves and represents over 2000 members who collectively manage more than 45,000 residential rental units throughout British Columbia.
Membership ranges from people who rent one secondary suite in their home to large corporations and property management companies managing thousands of units. It also includes partner associations in Kelowna, Prince George and Nelson as well as the Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of BC.
Serving all residential landlords, whether public or private sector, urban or rural, owners of one secondary suite (legal or not!) or owners and managers of several thousand units, who all subscribe to the ROMS BC Code of Ethics.

Services that property owners and licensed property managers have access to are answers to legal questions as well as operational advice, credit checks on tenancy applicants, over 30 forms, other stationery including receipt books and common area signs, Top Storey (bi-monthly news magazine), seminars throughout the province, savings through preferred suppliers, a guide to the Residential Tenancy Act, Regulations, Policy Guidelines and Rules of Procedure, events including a trade show, casino night and golf tournament, representation to all levels of government through lobbying and more!
