- Sublime Development was started in September, 2006 by Ryan Hoerr with the sole purpose of fulfilling his every whim. Since that day it has done many and various things. Officially, it is an organization specializing in professional web design and development, in which we have a large range of experience. Unofficially, we enjoy using what free time is available to us pursuing all of the most random endeavours, from modeling and graphics to writing, decomposing, and nearly anything inbetween [as well as some which is not].
