We understand that provenance is paramount for our gourmet clients and their discerning clientele.
That's why we use delicious milk and cream from our local Kentish dairy and fabulous fruits, freshly picked from the Garden of England, combining some of this produce with aromatic spices, exotic fruits and premium liqueurs. All these natural ingredients are skilfully blended into our luxury ice cream using traditional methods by artisans with a passion for real food.
