Description
St. Vital Centre first opened on October 17, 1979 with Eaton's, The Bay, Woolco, Safeway and 90 stores and services. The Centre completed a stunning 40 million dollar renovation and expansion in 1998 adding a new 550 seat FoodHall, 22,000 square foot Chapter's bookstore, a state-of-the-art 10-screen Famous Player's SilverCity and 40 new stores and services. On September 7, 2000, Sears Canada completed the renovation, opening their new state-of-the-art store in the former Eaton's location.
St. Vital Centre offers both temporary and permanent leasing opportunities. Our Specialty Leasing Program is the ideal opportunity for new retailers who want to start a small business or test the waters for a future as a permanent in-line tenant.
