Many honey packers have sacrificed quality for profit. While many packers import cheap foreign honey to make a honey blend, we at Stroope Bee & Honey, Inc. choose to keep our honey 100% natural and unblended as nature intended. We are never guilty of blending imported honey to help increase our profits. We offer 100% pure, unfiltered, unadulterated Texas honey with 100% of all the flavor and nutrients you deserve when you use honey.
We produce a light amber wildflower honey. Our unfiltered wildflower honey is robust in flavor and comes from a large variety of floral sources that are native to the Gulf Coast Region. A few of the floral sources that help make our very special honey are the native yaupon, the tallow tree, goldenrod, aster, and clover. Our wildflower honey generally contains slightly more vitamins and antioxidants compared to other honeys that are lighter in color. Our honey is strained, but not filtered, so that it retains all of the goodness that nature intended.
