A proven industry leader for almost 50 years, Strainsert is a pioneer in force and load sensor technology, manufacturing a wide range of standard force transducers such as load pins, load cells, force sensing bolts/studs and tension links.
Strainsert's load pins, load cells, force sensing bolts/studs, and tension links are created through a patented internal strain gage installation process that allows foil strain gages to become bonded and sealed throughout small holes in the transducer. These internal gagings provide robust, accurate transducers which reduce sensitivity to unwanted bending, torsion and other extraneous loading conditions common in force measurement applications. These self-protecting, rugged internal gagings are routinely installed in diameters as small as 0.125 inches. All load pins, load cells, force sensing bolts/studs and tension links are created from this process and made with protective, corrosion-resistant stainless or plated alloy steel.
