Jason Giallonardo is a founder and responsible for business development at Strada Net Solutions Inc. He has been with Strada Net Solutions since its establishment in 2001. Since 2001, Mr. Giallonardo has been instrumental in charting Strada Net Solutions' transformation and executing the company's successful evolution from its early history as a web site design company, to a standalone complete business solutions company. Mr. Giallonardo has spent several years in the Electronics Manufacturing and Nanotechnology industries where he participated in key functional areas. Mr. Giallonardo holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Sergio Cutone is a founder and responsible for web development of Strada Net Solutions Inc. Mr. Cutone has been with Strada Net Solutions Inc. since its inception. Before founding Strada Net Solutions, Mr. Cutone spent several years in the computers and electronics industry and has been working with internet applications since since it's birth in the early 1990's. Mr. Cutone holds a Certificate for Web Development from the Toronto School of Business and a prestigious portfolio of web sites and web based applications.
