The ‘Carraignamuc School of Self Help’ is run by Phil Coffey and Dee Sheridan. We moved to Carraignamuc in south Wicklow in 2006. Like many unfortunates at that time we took out a mortgage on the most suitable property we could find still within commuting distance of Dublin where we both worked.
