The purpose of Stepping Stones Residential Program is to provide a safe, supportive and educational environment for children and their parents to increase their parental capacity and/or successfully reunify as a family. Each family comes to Stepping Stones with unique backgrounds, abilities and needs. We encourage residents to respect and be sensitive to each other’s differences.
