- The AIST Foundation, formed with the consolidation of ISS and AISE, seeks to attract young and technology-oriented professionals to the industry by promoting the high-tech, diverse and well-paying nature of careers in modern steelmaking. Innovative ideas must come from the new generation of students. Accordingly, the Foundation awards college scholarships, to provide these students a helping hand.
