About the Monte
The "Monte" comprises the Montessori Nursery Department and the "Monte Club". We occupy a separate Arts and Crafts building in the grounds of St Christopher School, and benefit from the facilities of the larger school.
The Nursery is registered to take a maximum number of 26 children. This number may vary according to the time of year. The Monte Club is registered to take a maximum of 16 children. Usually the number is much smaller.
We have recently been reaccredited by Montessori Education UK, an accreditation process which has an Investors in Children and Sure Start seal of approval.
