Keo Opton has been part of the water family--the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association (WABA)--since 1997. She is focused on beginning to organize her questions for her doctoral research on Watsu. She became an assistant instructor in October 2005 and is available to individuals wanting to experience private sessions in addition to Watsu instructors who may need her help. She is a senior fitness specialist with 25 years of experience in exercise education and personal training, including training as a postural specialist. She has worked with chiropractors, massage therapists, and post-rehabilitation populations, and enjoys working with older adults. Her other credentials include certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), The American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Aquatics Exercise Association (AEA).
