Welcome to St. Peter's Vincentian Parish, Phibsborough, Dublin, Ireland We welcome you to share in the life of our parish and learn more about the issues that concern us and inspire us to act in the Spirit of St. Vincent de Paul.   St. Peter's is served by the community of priests from the Congregation of the Mission (CM) known in Ireland as Vincentians.  They first came to St. Peter's Phibsborough in 1838.
