The SPORT SAQ story really began In the winter of 1992. While living in Phoenix, Arizona, company Co-founder Curtis Medlen was awaken in the middle of the night from a dream and immediately grabbed a pencil nearby and a piece of paper and wrote down the words... “Basketball Bag”. And, as they say, the rest is history. For years the only bags available for many sports participants, including basketball players, were 'duffel' bags.
