I’ve been meaning to write about this guy for a while. I’ve known Sarunas Jasikevicius since his happy days in the European league. In the last 3 years before moving to the NBA he led 2 teams into the European championship, achieving the MVP award in all 3 final-fours. He received another MVP award for leading Lithuania (national team) to the gold medal in 2003, and to bronze medal in the 2000 Olympics. Not to mention 23.3 ppg average in 3 games against the US Team.
