For over 30 years, the Split Rail Festival in September has celebrated arts, crafts and heritage. Held in Flesherton, Ontario, the festival takes place in the 4th week of September every year.

Flesherton is located at the intersection of Hwy 10 and Grey County Road 4. The village was founded in the mid 1800's and is named after one of the first settlers, William K. Flesher, who started a grist and saw mill on the Boyne River.

Flesherton is the Gateway to Grey County and the Beaver Valley ski and tourism district. Located near many natural attractions such as the Bruce Trail, Kolapore Uplands, Saugeen River, Eugenia Falls and the Beaver Valley, Flesherton also has several fine art and craft galleries and studios, antique stores, unique eateries and interesting historic architecture.
