On July 30, 2009, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) officially announced that Splendora ISD had its first Exemplary campus. Not only do we have our first Exemplary campus in Greenleaf Elementary, we have three campuses (Peach Creek, Intermediate, and High School) rated Recognized. This accomplishment is even more remarkable when you consider that in 2007 Splendora ISD had four campuses rated Academically Acceptable by the TEA.
